DigiPoshak ("we", "us") provides cloud software to help you run your rental business (the "Service"). This policy explains how we handle personal data for: Shop Owners (our registered users), Your Customers (the people who rent from you), and Website Visitors.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect data to provide and improve our service:
Your Business Information: Company name, address, contact details, and billing info.
Your Customers' Data: Names, contact details, and rental orders. This data belongs to you.
Technical Info: IP address and usage logs for security and debugging.
3. How We Use Your Information
Our goal is to help you run your business. We use your data to: Run the DigiPoshak service (manage orders, invoices, etc.), manage your account and billing, keep our service secure, perform daily backups, and improve our product.
We will never use your data for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
4. Security Measures
We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted over the internet (TLS/HTTPS) and when stored on our servers (AES-256). We use secure access controls and run automated, encrypted database backups every day at 02:00 IST to prevent data loss.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We only share data in three limited situations:
1. With trusted Service Providers who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting).
2. For Legal Requirements if strictly required by law.
3. During a Business Transfer like a merger or sale.
